I have really been focused on making sure I eat a healthy diet and truthfully the quickest way to do that is what’s beef and rice, chicken rice, fish, and rice but if I’m being honest that gets boring really quickly.
So tonight, I made Mongolian beef with coconut amino‘s instead of soy sauce and a few other sauces that I love.
