So at first having a few hiccups on deliveries is to be expected. Fuzz Imp has had a lot of business since March and it’s great so many customers have come onboard. Hundreds of successful shipments in this time.
The unfortunate and recent reality is USPS shipping is not reliable. For some context, Fuzz Imp pays on average $52 on an international order while only charging $25. This is because International customers are patient and tend to be really great repeat customers overall. I’d like to keep that going.
But. Having to cover hundreds of dollars in shipping costs and replacement orders is unfortunate. USPS and other countries postal services have been dropping the ball. And it makes for a bad experience for everyone.
As of now, international is still available but is very close to being closed for a while. Maybe on a case by case or country by country basis.
Combo pedals. Because Fuzz Imp highly encourages both stacking gain stages and integrating many gain stages within several models, a combo pedal allows a great depth of player experience in each box.
