We're proud to support ACHIEVEability, a nonprofit organization working to permanently break the generational cycle of poverty for low-income, single parent and homeless families in West Philadelphia.
Our FS Women’s Network ERG recently hosted an Introduction to Mah Jongg.

Last week, the next generation stepped into Future Standard for Bring Your Child to Work Day. The kids explored our office, met our team and got a glimpse into what we do. At Future Standard, investing goes beyond portfolios. It also means inspiring the next generation of leaders, thinkers and innovators. And it is clear the future is in very good hands.
Last week, we welcomed undergrad students from Rutgers School of Business to our office to tour our new HQ, discuss how we approach culture and performance and learn how we use AI in our work. The highlight of the day was a conversation with Future Standard CEO and Rutgers Law School alum Michael Forman on how to build a career that can evolve with you.
