The evolution of East Tower, Manchester.
Captured by Manchester based, Senior Electrical Engineer, Josh Shaw. We are proud to present the progression of the first of two high-rise, mixed-use developments on the former site of the television studio complex, Granada studios.
Constructed by Renaker, the build forms part of Manchester’s new Tech, Media and Creative cluster to be known as Enterprise City and Futureserv are thrilled to be involved.
Once complete, the high rise will tower at 32 stories tall and make a great addition to the Manchester City skyline.
Works on the West Tower have now commenced and we are excited to see the finished product of both East & West!

Sugar House Island, London 📍
One of our latest projects, encapsulated in the words of Vastint as "Take 26 acres of historic London. Add intelligent design, creativity, sustainability, and a real sense of community; and you have Sugar House Island."
Our Principal Electrical Engineer, Matthew Roney, attended site and snapped up a series of images documenting the advancement of the developments.

VITA, Warwick Road, Coventry.
On a grey Monday morning in Manchester, it's always great to reflect back on photos taken of projects when the rain wasn't so apparent.
Captured by Principal Mechanical Engineer, David Carpenter, here we have our VITA, Warwick Road project, sitting proudly against the blue sky, befriending the clouds.
This particular project is a student residential building with just short of 500 studios, worked on by our Manchester and Liverpool offices.

Living life a quarter of a mile at a time at the race track with T Clarke, BCEGI, United Living and Overbury.
The PalmerSport event at Bedford Aerodrome had everyone pushing their limits, driving everything from a F3000 single seater race car, to the new BMW M4 GTP.
"We all just about survived what was the hottest day of the year, despite numerous unplanned high speed excursions off the track.

The building is 16 stories tall, featuring 290 purpose built student apartments, nestled in the heart of Birmingham. The Torsion Group development is based on a very tight site, adjacent to one of Birmingham’s main arterial routes into the city, close to the University of Birmingham campus.
The development name pays homage to the adventure of University. Compass being the place to discover your own unique path in student life and we're incredibly pleased to be part of this project!
