The Bronze medal in the ADCC South Pacific Invitational Absolute division goes to Jahred Dell 🥉
Having had an absolute war that went the distance against the eventual gold medallist Jay-Jay Wilson, Jahred mustered enough strength to be dominant in his match against a worthy opponent. Jahred put the pressure on from the get go and managed to get an arm bar to secure the victory.
Tukaha BJJ gets silver and gold in the absolute division with Dalton Terei coming away with silver in the final and Jahred claiming the bronze in the third place match.
Having trained with the very best grapplers in the world at @newwavejiujitsuhq Jahred Dell believes that a world class grappling scene in New Zealand is more obtainable than many would believe. NZ has a rich history when it comes to combat sports and a combination of cross training from MMA fighters and overseas experience could propel the local circuit to new heights.

Jahred Dell is competing at ADCC NZ 2024 and he’s leaving no stone unturned to claim the number one spot in the NZ grappling scene just like he has done before. The Future Jiu Jitsu and Tukaha BJJ Grappler has a wealth of experience including competing at ADCC in Vegas and training with the New Wave Jiu Jitsu team in Austin, Texas under John Danaher.
