Most people don’t realise this was an existing home. Three levels built into a steep coastal site above Gerroa, with off-form concrete balconies cantilevered toward the ocean, suspended planters softening the structure, and frameless glass balustrades keeping the ocean views completely uninterrupted.
The landscaping was deliberately designed to buffer the coastal wind so the outdoor areas work year round not just on the good days.

After a family ski trip we bought @jimmydoofarm without even seeing the site. We didn’t think much of the farmhouse at the time, then we walked in and it had the kind of bones you just can’t ignore. So we got to work. A 109 hectare block in the Snowy Mountains, 1100m elevation, views over Thredbo Valley and Lake Jindabyne, and enough room for 22 of your favourite people. Hot tub, sauna, pizza oven, fire pit and archery. 25 minutes from Perisher and Thredbo. Our Luxury alpine escape is now on the market.
We were so lucky to buy our dream block of land back in 2019 on Australia’s most beautiful street in Gerringong. For the @bunkerhousegerringong design and build we kept the majority of the home pushed into the site, with only a small portion sitting above natural ground level. It meant we could hold onto the views, keep the neighbours happy and get a better overall outcome.

For years, The Coolamon Hotel stood quiet, in a small country town. For locals, Craig and Ryan, this was their pub. What started as a spruce-up in 2020 turned into a 5-year labour of love stripped back to bare brick, rebuilt piece by piece, and built to last another 100 years.
To be recognised across four categories is an incredible honour. Preserving the heritage charm of an 1800s pub while meeting every modern fire, acoustic, structural and OH&S requirement was one of the most challenging projects we’ve ever taken on.
Huge credit to @gpgarchitecture , our site and project teams, and the hundreds of trades involved. And most importantly, to Craig and Ryan for trusting us with such an important piece of their town’s history.

Proud of everyone who made this happen.
Not everyone realises it but we built two luxury holiday properties here in the heart of Byron Bay, on the same block. Similar size, completely different feel. Banks at Byron out the front with a coastal luxe vibe and Bunker Byron out the back is a concrete jungle with timber and raw finishes. Both properties designed & built by the @futureflip team to create a luxurious yet inviting retreat that harmonises with its surroundings.
When both properties connect they can accommodate up to 32 guests. Designed for larger families and groups to give a sense of togetherness.
