Only just landed back on Earth after an unforgettable long weekend at @motion.musicfest 💫 We had the pleasure of playing on the main stage on Sunday night, and put together what we have both agreed was our favourite FCP set by a mile! PREMIERE : Future City Punks - It’s Personal (Mmyylo Remix) [PlayPal] Release date : 08/05/2026 ⚡️ LINK IN BIO ⚡️ Melbourne-based duo Future City Punks land on Play Pal for the first time with their inaugural ‘Fuel Injected’ EP. The title track is a heavy hitting chugger complete with stuttery vocals, revving engines and slasher movie guitars in a petrol-doused psychosis. ‘It’s Personal’ stays in that same lane, adding hyper-distorted female vox, a filthier bassline, and sprinkling it all with unhinged peripheral sounds. ‘By My Side’ brings a change in pace with warping arpeggios, big drums, bigger metallic hits and a breakdown laced with lost guitars, tension and a heart monitor, before a monumental drop punctuated by hitting snares and whispered vocals. Thomass Jackson returns with a percussive, groove-laden shroomed-out take on the title track that swells, mutates and constantly evolves, putting his trademark stamp on the Melbourne duo’s debut EP on Play Pal.
