Celebrating our Drape Stair receiving a Best of Year 2023 Award from the @archpaper . Thanks to @yhprumkcaj and team for acknowledging the project, and particularly to juror @marianicanor for her thoughtful quote. For Drape Stair, completed for a baker, we were drawn to the idea of the mechanics of dough--folding, re-folding, stretching, folding again--and how that could be conceptualized as a piece of architecture.
