Fellow peeps, the second full-length album, A Dirty Kind of Clean, is finally here!
While the debut album was comprised of very fresh ideas at the time (2017), this album is a collection of ideas that date back as far as 2010 up to 2022. Something old, something new. Some of the lyrical themes of this record touch on emotions and sentiments once felt throughout my adolescence and young adulthood. Ultimately, prevailance ensued! 😉 As an advocate for open interpretation, make what you will with these songs and how they resonate with you.
While I admit that this was long overdue, I do believe that it would not have sounded the same as it does now if it had been released sooner. I am so thankful that it is finally here for you all to listen. This is my first album being produced and mixed at a studio. Some material was also recorded at home.
I want to give a very special thank you to Adrian Loera -
@creativecaverecordingstudio for his collaboration on this record. Not only did he assist in recording and mixing, but also helped with production and taking certain ideas into a direction I wouldn't have thought of doing so myself. I want to thank Sophia Ortiz -
@02socks for being the voice of this album, with the exception of a couple of tracks. Thank you Kenna -
@flowers_in_paperboats for filling in on the last track. 🙌 I am blessed to have worked with you all.
The album is now available to stream and download on all major platforms. Look us up on Spotify, Apple Music, etc. We'll be there. ✨ You can support FWE directly by downloading the album via Bandcamp (link in bio).
