Appreciation Post! ✨
Exactly a week ago, I turned 40, and a few days later I had a small party with friends and family.
I’m so thankful to God, to be alive to celebrate, to hear beautiful words being said about me to my face, so glad to hear them in person, while I’m here (not my eulogy) 🙏🏽
I’m still in awe of all the love and support before, during, and after the celebration. Thank you to everyone who showed up and made it special. While I can’t name everyone, I’d like to give **special shoutouts** to:
@omotola.komaiya – OmoTee1, take your flowers 🌺… without you, the event may not have happened 🙌
You didn’t just suggest ideas or ginger me, you practically organized the whole thing — contacting vendors, seeking help, spending your time and money, running around, and being on your feet all day. You even stayed till the very end to clean up. One would have thought you were a paid planner! Words fail me 💛. Not forgetting Mr. Fola, cos man showed up in so many ways! God bless your household 🙏🏾
@oyinaji – you and Mr Aji have constantly been there for us 💫
Even when you weren’t physically at the party, I felt your presence. You both supported us financially, physically, and mentally (Oyin o). And Oyinda, thank you for providing the beautiful souvenir bags 🎁
