Great pilates class given by @camillafitcoach who also showed us the awesome new @nordictrackswitzerland / @nordictrack machine for pilates and more… using this machine while doing pilates will get you ‘real’ results - I can’t wait to try it out💪 @reformrx

@barrydale_hand_weavers was one of my favourite discoveries in South Africa.
All weaving done by local artisans with simple but timeless, classy designs perfect for any home.
I certainly couldn’t resist and came home with a cream shawl & 4 orange napkins which we have used every day since being back in Zurich.

Fabulous suite with private pool, after a picturesque drive here Nicola and I were happy simply exploring the grounds & vinyard.

We find ourselves staying in the cutest safari style sactuary @mosaicsoafrica where @nicolatodd.uk & I are quite happy to simply sit on our terrace and soak in the views of the lake and mountains.
