Let me tell you that 26 years ago I saw dilated peoples perform in Denver. That shit changed my life and a year later I started the skratch dj journey. It set me on a path where I would battle in Colorado meeting incredibly talented djs. While my only claim was 3rd place in the 2005 Boulder prelim (where I beat previous US finalists) it led to lasting friendships throughout the years.
Fast forward to last night where I got to see @djbabuforeal cutting over beats I've been making for skratch community and then cut with him as well. This was a surreal experience. 17 year old me would be proud of that moment.
Thanks @milehighdjsupply for making last night possible. It was an amazing masterclass with one of the coolest history lessons when babu had @enfoe join. Kyle you are my hero.
