@gent1esoulofficial and @carola_coaster are the people behind the Berlin-based label releasing some of the most interesting bass music out of Germany in recent years. The newest EP just dropped and it’s full of deep-cutting club weapons. We can’t wait to see what damage they will do to the floor.

On the second floor, Neelie. and Ani Innocent offer their own perspective on bass-driven sound, culminating in a b2b for maximum energy, while elsewhere in the club there is even more to discover.

On 9 May, we’re kicking off the first edition at @axxonn.club , bringing together a line-up of friends and talent from our bubble with an exciting live act.
Drawing from the rich history of the local scene, we will explore the connections between past, present and future of the ever-evolving realm of bass music.
Join us for this new ritual; to come together through shared sonic experience; to escape reality; to lose yourself and find each other; to build a community.

BASS is fundamental.
There’s nothing else in music that so firmly roots the experience in time and space, because it’s so instantly, obviously physical. You can’t mistake it for a cerebral experience: although you can think about it and it can alter your mind, its immediate impact is on your body. It’s the first clue that you’ve found the party, the rave, the dance – reaching through walls and floors, propagating outwards, marking out social (and antisocial) places.
