Steven on the Run @fun_the_jam_ is a music artist and dancer from south east london.
He writes and produces his own material, which varies from Electric dance music and rap, to acoustic pop. As well as loving music, he loves to move to it been doing hiphop, breakdancing since uni and also teaches Zumba.
He’s an energetic person, just loves to get everyone involved in the feel good, hence he is quite known as Fun The Jam!

Some of my favourite hand massage techniques that I often use.
The hands are rarely amongst the most urgent of tension areas, but just a few mins of work on them really help to further release anxiety and stress.
Our hands are at work from when our eyes first open in the morning, all they way until we pass out much later. It’s non stop, thankless work. A few mins of hand care, they are surely worth.
Great daily habits, above everything, are really what determine how great we feel, look and perform. Oh.. and a massage to boost all that isn’t too bad either.
