Each student researched an Arizona city, landmark, or special place in class while practicing important Arizona standards in research, writing, creativity, and communication. They then created display projects at home to bring their learning to life! ✨
Today, our 2nd graders toured the classrooms to preview this exciting project for next year. 👀👏 Soon, our 3rd graders will also present speeches in class, building confidence and public speaking skills. 🎤

The Rotary Club of Sun Lakes (RCSL) supported the A World in Motion (AWIM) program at Fulton Elementary School!
The program was created by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) Foundation to get elementary students excited about math and science in support of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). Volunteers visit Fulton's classrooms to work with teachers and 6th grade students by using hands-on projects to create and test gravity cruisers. RCSL provides a recognition plaque to the school at the end of each competition. Partnerships make us stronger together! #WeAreChandlerUnified

They brought “The Beautiful Game” to life with so much heart and energy! This musical was about more than just the final score—it was a celebration of what it means to be a teammate and the value of showing up for one another. We loved sharing this journey of sportsmanship and big dreams with our incredible audience!

Our 6th graders have been diving into the exciting world of empire building by designing and creating collaborative castles! 🏰 Through hands-on learning, students are exploring the key elements of castle construction and discovering how each feature served an important purpose in history.
It’s been wonderful to see their creativity, teamwork, and critical thinking in action—all while having fun and deepening their understanding of the past. Learning truly comes to life when students get to build, explore, and collaborate!

This past week, the hallways of Fulton transformed into a vibrant workshop as renowned artist Lauren Lee led students in a collaborative residency focused on paper craft Maximalism. Throughout the week, every class contributed a unique element to a large community installation, diving deep into the technical world of paper cutting, color, and layered textures. The culminating result was a visually stunning desert themed mural that each student had their own unique part in creating. Fulton is committed to supporting the arts with the generous support of our PTO.

Get ready for a fun and unforgettable day on May 8th! Our students will be stepping into leadership roles and “taking over” Fulton for a day full of excitement and creativity.
We’re thrilled to share that our raffle winners were drawn Friday evening during our fantastic Spring Carnival—what a great night it was! 🎡
