Most people see the results… but they don’t see the journey ⤵️ I wasn’t born with a clear path. My parents, immigrants from Cambodia, worked tirelessly to give my siblings and I a life that they never got to experience. And yet, growing up, I constantly felt like I was figuring things out on my own. At 15, I picked up a pair of clippers and taught myself how to cut hair. To fast track my learning, I spent the entire 10th grade cutting for free, gracious to anyone willing to take a chance on me. After spending years pouring my blood, sweat, and tears into growing the business, life reminded me nothing was guaranteed. 2020 was a pivotal year. Not only did my business suffer, but my grandmother was diagnosed with an aggressive form of dementia. Between the chaos at home and the endless hospital trips, I felt like I was walking underwater. I realized how unprepared I was if something like that ever happened to my parents. I was scared, and unsure of what the next step was. I chose to seek mentorship, invested in myself, and took risks that eventually led to building a real estate investment business. The work was rewarding, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that something was still missing. Fitness has always been a constant in my life. It carried me through the tough times and taught me that discipline and consistency can go a long way. I’ve been overweight, skinny, insecure, and stuck — and I’ve learned that your physical and mental well-being must always come first. No one should feel like they have to figure it all out alone. That’s why I’m committed not just to helping people change their bodies, but to helping them become more capable than they ever thought possible. If you’re ready to take the first step, DM me “START”

This week was a reminder to appreciate what I get to do everyday. Grateful for a body that lets me move, train, and show up the way I want to. Grateful for being healthy enough to push myself, and the awareness to pull back when needed. And genuinely grateful for the people who trust me with their journey. I get to see more than just physical change. I get to see confidence come back, self-doubt quiet down, and mindsets shift in ways that carry into the rest of their lives. I don’t take any of it for granted. Just thankful for the process, the work, and the opportunity to serve 🙂

“Bro… I didn’t even recognize myself” That’s literally what my client said when he sent me photos of what he looked like earlier this year. And honestly? That statement felt like a home I lived in before. We get so used to seeing ourselves every day that we forget how far we’ve actually come. Then one random moment in the gym hits you like, “Wait… that’s me”. This is what happens when you make ONE intentional decision that you want more for yourself. Not perfection, not insane discipline. Just one decision, with the willingness to keep choosing it every day, even when it gets messy. He didn’t have to make his whole life revolve around going to the gym. He didn’t become a different person overnight. He simply made the choice to show up, and kept showing up long enough to prove to himself that he could change after years of feeling stuck. And now, he’s seeing the version of himself he always knew was there. If you’ve been waiting for the “perfect time”, this is your sign. Your transformation starts the moment you decide you’re done settling. One decision, one new standard. That’s all it takes. Let’s get to work 💪🏼

For years, I believed fitness demanded perfection. I was trapped in a cycle of missing a workout and thinking that the whole week was ruined. I’d eat a few meals “off-plan”, and I’d spiral into guilt. It took me a long time to realize that we’re human, not machines. Our journey to living a healthier life doesn’t progress in a straight line. It’s pointless to beat ourselves up over every small imperfection. The people that succeed in fitness aren’t perfect - they’re just consistent. It’s the promises that you make to yourself daily that make all the difference. A gentle reminder that we pursue fitness to live a healthier, more fulfilling life, not to take away from it. Keep putting in the work, one foot in front of the other. You’ve got this. Every step counts.

From a young age, Matt always felt he was a chubby kid. Although he was familiar with the gym, he could never find a way to lose the extra weight he carried around. When he started working with us, he finally got the structure needed to align his training with the right dietary approach. In just under 4 months, Matt sustainably dropped 20 lbs. The real transformation was his mindset. He learned that true progress didn’t come from quick fixes or crash diets, but from making daily, long-term decisions that lead to sustainability. The best part? Matt is learning, continuing to lose weight, and is just 5 lbs away from reaching his goal weight. He can’t even remember the last time he saw this number on the scale. Results like this don’t just happen by accident. It begins with a conscious decision to commit and is achieved by following through, one step at a time.

Most people waste months, even years, in the gym because they 👇🏼 ❌ Do random workouts with no plan ❌ Guess their calories and macros ❌ Cut carbs thinking it’ll make them leaner ❌ Sleep for 5 hours and wonder why they’re not seeing progress I’ve been there. I’ve made all the mistakes. But if I had to start from scratch, these are the exact 5 things that I’d focus on to get faster results without wasting time.

A quick look at what my meals usually look like on a daily basis. A majority of them are made up of nutrient-dense whole foods to fuel both training and recovery.
