We knew @smash__andrade was going to turn some heads tonight @giantslivestrongman World Deadlift Championships. We had a chance to put the vision system on Austin at his final prep training session at @heavymetalfit in San Antonio two weeks ago. About half way through this video, you see how @nickguardione and Austin work together to take the data and make an adjustment before his top set pull of 970x2. The Shaw Classic for 2024 is in the books. The expo was incredible, again. ‪Brian Shaw continues to up the game in strongman. This was the first year our vision system was used live during the livestream. There were some bumps along the way but we learned a lot. Of the 32 deadlifts we were setup for, we collected good data on 26 and generated accurate predictions on 24/26. Key lessons learned — incorporate the deadlift analytics into the production rehearsal as part of our testing, update the UI and video processing to generate the replay in 10 seconds, giving us an additional 7 seconds to do analysis before replay generation. It was a tight window to get the replay generated in time for the booth to use it — but it went great nonetheless. One of the athletes, Smash Andrade, told us after the third lift that he used our analysis to make his decision on which weight to attempt in round 3 (a successful 961lbs pull). That was great to hear since the athletes were never supposed to see the data until after the show — not live. #shawclassic #strongestmanonearth #strongmancompetition

Very proud of the @fullstrength.ai team today @theshawclassic The vision system, this year, was part of the livestream, it was high pressure and not without technical difficulties, but it was awesome. For those who are wondering — we predicted Thor could pull 1040, predicted Thompson’s 961 PR, Hooper, Ragg, Smash and others. This show was a huge success… and it will only be better next year. 💪
