Save the date! 📢 Full Potential summer auditions are around the corner 🔥🔥🔥 As a member of FP, you'll be helping us host Complex Dance Competition as well as performing an exhibition set for the show! This is our 🥵Summer Intensive🥵 so you must be available for our practices on Tues/Thurs nights and you must be available for Complex on August 8. Expect a fast-paced schedule and high-energy pieces. You will also be working behind the scenes on Complex throughout the summer. If you've wanted to get more involved in the dance community and push yourself as a dancer, this is a great opportunity to gain experience! Our second April workshop is taught by FP alum @terilperil 🔥 Born & raised in Fremont, CA, Terrell started dancing in middle school and eventually joined Full Potential (formerly Feel Projection) in high school. Eventually, this led him to joining APT & The Company, and became artistic director of VarCity SF at USF. Last fall, the team worked on refining their own personal dance styles through choreo homeworks and we'll be sharing some of their work throughout the spring! First up is one of our newest members, but a long time presence in the dance community, @simply_kenny_ 🔥 👀 He's also teaching our workshop on 2/17, so come learn from him! Kenny is dancer, choreographer, instructor, and teacher from the Bay Area. Kenny's love for dance has taken him towards assisting, managing and directing college dance courses, project teams, performance teams, and even being a guest speaker in college lectures. He started dancing during high school but started learning hip hop and open style choreography during his senior year of high school when his friends showed him the K-Pop songs, Where U At and Wedding Dress by Taeyang. Inspired by this, he continued his dance training into college. He studied, trained, and competed under Jeffro Rosalejos and Wrawsome Dance team, along with Jazz dance training under Professor Vernon Gallegos. Kenny also worked closely with Purdance studio to elevate their Children and Teens program. Moving from there, Kenny has been training around the bay area and now calls Full Potential his home.
