T2S Full Circle Expedition

Powered by spirit. Two tall ships, 2,000 nautical miles, 22 ports, and 13 weeks at sea - all crewed by over 70 serving and veteran members of the Armed Forces who are wounded, injured, or sick. The journey will be split into five legs, with a new crew joining for each one. Supporters and sponsors will also have the opportunity to take part in a leg or mini leg, and several high-profile guests from the military community will be joining the expedition along the way. We saved the best photo till last 👙 The leg three crew were thrown straight into the deep end, leaving Leith for Aberdeen in challenging conditions for their very first sail together. But they stuck with it, supported one another and brought both boats in safely. From calmer sails to Wick and Orkney, to taking on the huge seas and strong winds around Cape Wrath, this crew has continued to rise to every challenge thrown their way. What started as a group of people stepping into something unfamiliar has quickly become a crew sailing with confidence, resilience and trust in one another. Full Circle is a 12-week sailing expedition, carrying the Invictus Games flag around the UK ahead of Birmingham 2027. The journey began on 17 March 2026, as the crew set sail from Falmouth. The Full Circle Expedition. 49 days at sea and now over halfway. What a journey it’s been! But the real impact goes far beyond the miles: 1,100+ young people engaged through school and community visits. 400+ veterans connected with the crew and each other, creating space for conversation, support and shared experience. 700+ members of the public welcomed onboard during stops, helping to share the importance of initiatives like this to support our veteran community in the UK.
