#meetexecmonday with Livia O’Brien, our Director of New Member Experience! 🩵 Making the decision to come to Florida State without knowing anyone was one of the scariest but best decisions of my life. I grew up alongside three sisters and was really hoping to find a support system like that in this new place I would soon call home. Looking back, I wish I could tell my freshman-year self that everything I was worried about would turn into something even better than I imagined, and not to take a single moment for granted. Choosing ADPi was easy. From the moment I walked through the doors, I could feel the warmth, laughter, and genuineness, but I didn’t realize then how much this place would truly shape me. It’s the people who have supported me, pushed me, and been there through both the best and hardest days. ADPi has given me friendships, confidence, and a place that truly feels like home. From the moment I joined my freshman year, I knew I wanted to be Director of New Member Experience. Being able to create that same sense of support and belonging for new members means so much to me. I’m so excited and grateful to lead the 2026 Alpha Class this fall. Love, Livia
