✨SENIOR SPOTLIGHT: CAITLIN HAGNEY✨ • • Caitlin Hagney is a graduating senior from Tampa, FL. She is an actor with a love for film but an eternal passion for theatre. She has so much love and gratitude for her family, the faculty, and the friends she has made while at FSU. 🎭Caitlin’s Favorite Classes: Voice III- Archetypes, European Theatre Encounters 🎙️Advice for underclassmen: “Meet people. Find out what there is to do that you’ve never done before. Live your life maximally, it’s great experience for an actor and a great way to live for anyone.” • • Congratulations on completing an incredible 4 years at FSU! • • • @caitlin_ellen

✨SENIOR SPOTLIGHT: KARINA GUERRA✨ • • Karina Guerra is an actor from Orlando, Florida. She is passionate about telling honest, grounded stories that reflect the complexity of real people. Karina brings authenticity and depth to her work, with a strong interest in roles that highlight underrepresented perspectives and challenge expectations. She is a proud ALUMNA of Florida State University! • • 🎭Karina’s Favorite Class: Voice 3 and 4 with Richard Pluim 🎙️👁️Advice to Underclassmen: Advocate for yourself; make opportunities for yourself when you feel like none are present. ✨ SENIOR SPOTLIGHT: BROOKE CULP✨ • Brooke Culp is a graduating senior from Springhill, Florida. She grew up dancing, playing tennis, and cheerleading. She was very involved in her high school filmmaking class/group. She decided to pursue acting late in high school after leaving cheer for a community theater production. She committed to Florida State on a duel degree track after graduating high school as Valedictorian, and getting accepted into the BFA program. Throughout her time at FSU, she worked on many films and two MainStage shows. She is super excited to move to the big city and work in tv and film. She is extremely grateful for her time at FSU and in the program. While devastated to leave Florida State, she’s very excited for what’s next.   🎭Brooke’s favorite class: Acting for the Camera and Audition Techniques 🎙️Advice for underclassmen: Be intentional with your time! ✨SENIOR SPOTLIGHT: ELLIE RAE DOBLESKE✨ • Ellie Rae Dobleske is a graduating senior from Tega Cay, South Carolina. She has been in numerous films and stage plays while attending FSU. She also is a social media influencer with 2.2 Million followers across platforms. She loves to entertain and bring joy to everyone. She thanks God, her mom and dad, and her friends and family for always believing in her dreams and supporting her through it all. 🎭Ellie’s Favorite class: Acting for the Camera, Shakespeare Voice, and Acting Techniques 🎙️Advice for underclassmen: Don’t compare yourself. ✨SENIOR SPOTLIGHT: LINUS O’PALICK✨ • Linus O’Palick is an actor from Tampa, FL. He is thrilled to be graduating from FSU and getting into the industry. He enjoyed playing characters that swung axes and ate muffins. 🎭Linus’ Favorite class: Advanced Acting and Directing 🎙️Advice for underclassmen: “Explore hobbies and passions outside of the theatre. ✨SENIOR SPOTLIGHT: JOSH REAVES✨ • Joshua Reaves is a graduating senior from Miami, FL. He loves to act and is also a passionate dancer, having completed four seasons with the Strikers Dance Troupe. He thanks God, his family, and his friends for their love and support. 🎭Josh’s favorite class: Audition Techniques. 🎙️Advice for underclassmen: “Don’t be afraid to make sacrifices. What we do is not easy and the ones who come out on top are willing to sacrifice what others aren’t.” • • We are so proud of Josh for everything he has accomplished during his time here at FSU. SENIOR SPOTLIGHT: Emily Wahba Emily Wahba is an Egyptian-American actress from Tampa, Florida. She grew up playing travel volleyball competitively, and decided to pursue her passion for acting at the end of her high school career at Berkeley Preparatory School. She then attended Florida State University to complete a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Acting, as well as Pre-medical track, with a minor in Chemistry. Throughout her time at FSU, she participated in main-stage plays, short films and has recently developed an interest in directing. She is looking forward to the journey ahead. 📝Favorite Class @ FSU: lucid body w/ Monika 🎙️Advice to First-Years: take advantage of opportunities but be wise with what you choose to invest your time in. SENIOR SPOTLIGHT: Elijah Rios Elijah Rios is a Puerto Rican actor with a passion for bold, character-driven work on stage and in film. Raised in South Florida by a single mother, he carries a deep-rooted sense of resilience and purpose — values that continue to shape his voice as an artist. A first-generation college graduate, Elijah earned his BFA in Acting from Florida State University, where he honed both a stage and screen presence defined by emotional depth, quiet intensity, and raw vulnerability. In addition to his work as a performer, Elijah has taught and mentored young actors, bringing empathy, playfulness, and discipline to the next generation of storytellers. Whether on set or in the classroom, he is drawn to work that challenges expectations and explores the truths that connect us all. 📝Favorite Class @ FSU: Acting for the camera 🎙️Advice to First-Years: Don’t feel constrained to what you think you can or can’t do. If you want to do a film at the film school- do it. You can always figure out a plan with your teacher if you are TIMELY. If you want to do a show at TSC or FAMU- do it. You can branch out into these other schools and get just as much experience. Dont focus on having the best senior showcase. You will naturally start stressing about that going into junior year- focus on the memories you make in class and out of class. You will never let yourself fail.
