The theme was Jewel of the Bahamas 💎 here’s my short statement of inspiration for the piece:
Rumor has it there is a Ray of the Bahamas, a God of sorts, who swallowed the Jewel of Eternal Life. The Jewel entered the mouth of the Ray and lodged itself in the throat. Its skeleton grew around the Jewel as it became its life source. The Ray’s flesh wore away, revealing a web of bones, but it was not dead. There are still humans who search for the power of eternal life, and it is rumored that one may still catch a glimpse of the Jewel in the deep water of the Bahamas. The glint of life, illuminating the white bones that stretch from the center of the Ray, still floating through the water like a ghost.
LOL this was so fun I’ve never done anything like this.
