Alhamdulillah! Yesterday was a huge moment for Flamin’ our very first catering done fully the Flamin’ way. No traces of Fruitytango this time, just bold, savory flavor all through. I’m honestly so proud of this journey and grateful for how far we’ve come. I pray that Allaah continues to bless this business of mine, and may He also bless everyone striving in their businesses. The Flamin’ Story 🔥 The Flamin’ story? It’s short, not soul-touching, but it got us here. Flamin’ was born out of one simple, repeated question: “Do you guys also sell savory?” Every time someone ordered shakes or desserts from Fruity Tango, they’d ask that. Eventually, I thought… maybe we should. That’s when we launched our sliders, the first savory item. From the moment I decided to include savory, I knew it deserved its own brand and identity. So I created a separate account and logo for Flamin’. But… I got lazy. 😂 I didn’t grow the Flamin’ page at first. Instead, I just posted everything on Fruitytango because, well, they’re sisters why not? Still, sliders weren’t enough for you all. You wanted more. You pushed us to expand and that’s how I ended up learning how to grill, experimenting with BBQ, koftas, kebabs, and building recipes that have a little twist of their own. I never like doing something “basic” if it’s common, I need to make it uniquely ours. The final push to separate Flamin’ from Fruity was from One of @grilledttt.bymaamah ‘s rants about brand identity. I looked at Fruity Tango’s page and realized it was overloaded sliders, kebabs, mocktails, parfaits, shakes… it was time to create space for savory to stand on its own. So here we are. Fruity handles the sweet. Flamin’ brings the heat. And both are only here because of you ❤️your feedback, your appetite, and your high standards. P.S. I really thought this story would be short.
