Revolving around pioneering material innovations, the insights shared by by Tim van der Loo (@anewkindof_blue ), Hugo de Boon and Koen Meerkerk (@fruitleatherrotterdam ), and Vu Thao (@kilomet109 ) highlighted the endless potential of contemporary design practices and helpful solutions to issues faced by multiple industries, towards greater circularity and sustainability.

This is the final workshop in a series of activities leading up to the EVSDA Award Launch in mid-2025. Initiated by the European Union in Vietnam , the EVSDA project is realised in partnership with and funded via the EU’s Cultural Relations Platform initiative. It is implemented in partnership with @elledecorationvn .

We were amazed by @sidony_oneal fantastic use of our material in this beautiful sculpture. The organic form that she created portrays the versatile ways the material can be put to use 🥭✨ The piece is currently on display at the @etalgallerysf in San Fransisco 🎨

🧪En la industria del cuero tradicional, usan químicos para teñir los cueros que son tóxicos tanto para el ambiente como para las personas que trabajan allí.
🌱 Este proyecto, además de evitar el desperdicio de alimentos, no usa químicos que contaminen el ambiente y afecte a las personas.

Last month we had the great honor to be invited to speak at the international forum for sustainability in Taipei, Taiwan. The event was made possible by the Ministry of agriculture and the Taiwan institute of economic Research.🇹🇼
Taiwan is a huge producer of mangos and therefore hold a lot of possibilities 🥭
It was extremely interesting to hear about Taiwans strong devotion towards a more sustainable future and we had the opportunity to meet other interesting entrepreneurs such as Sophie’s bionutrients and @kiseki_foodreborn
