Our latest addition to the menu is vegan-friendly which pairs Mediterranean flavours with locally sourced produce. House-made Irish cabbage slaw and red cabbage crumble is combined with cajun spiced chickpea and chilli oil sauce, to top our homemade falafel.

We are proud to announce our official partnership with Fruition and IMMA Venues. On May 20th, the historic grounds of the Royal Hospital will host the defining night for the Irish coffee industry.
This is where the local craft meets the world stage. We are gathering the elite of the speciality coffee community to unveil the best cafes in the country.

One year of Fruition 🧡
A year ago today, we opened our doors for the very first time. We’re incredibly grateful to @immaireland for the opportunity to build something from the ground up - it’s been a year full of learning, challenges, and so many rewarding moments.
Our goal is to keep improving, refining, and raising our own standards of what we believe great service and quality should be. That mission continues to drive us every single day.
Behind the scenes, it’s been a lot of hard work - but it’s work we genuinely love. We’re proud of what we’ve built so far and even more excited about the direction we’re heading in.
A huge thank you to every single person who has supported us - whether you’ve stopped by for a coffee, shared a kind word, or been part of the atmosphere we’re creating. The community and culture growing around Fruition means everything to us.
