In our all-girls cooking program ALL IN MY F.E.E.Lz, the girls stepped into the kitchen and made delicious chicken sliders paired with crispy potato wedges. From prepping to plating, they built confidence, learned new skills, and had fun bringing their creations to life.
Beyond the kitchen, the group also took part in a meaningful workshop focused on positive self-image and affirmations, including a powerful discussion around junk mirrors and how they can impact the way we see ourselves. It was a chance for the girls to reflect, uplift one another, and build confidence from the inside out.
