We're literally a bar across the street from @santacruzcinema So it only makes sense to use popcorn into a bib. That's right, actual popcorn has been infused with reposado tequila. Creating a supple, decadent mouth-feel that has all those buttery, salty notes you would want from popcorn. To make sure that flavor profile isn't lost what better way than to keep it simple and riff on an Old Fashioned.

This one is for the adventurous ones out there, we love you. We pride ourselves in introducing new spirits and flavors to cocktail connoisseurs. Hence, Beet It, uses Sotol as its base spirit. A spirit that derives its flavor from a desert plant known as "Desert Spoon" in Chihuahua, Mexico. Not an agave. This desert plant in spirit form gives off very earthy, herbal and smokey notes that are similar to mezcal, but still very different in botanical ways.
