🎭 Opening theatre doors to more young people across Tendring 🎭
This summer, Frinton Summer Theatre is offering FREE and reduced-price tickets to local school students, youth drama groups and community youth organisations for our production of Macbeth, helping more people experience professional live theatre on the Essex coast.
This is exactly the kind of community access and widening participation strongly championed by our new Patron, Adjoa Andoh. ❤️
There is nothing quite like experiencing Shakespeare live - hearing the language spoken, seeing the drama unfold on stage, and discovering why these stories have endured for centuries.
Please help us spread the word to any schools, youth groups or community organisations who may be interested.

🎭 We are absolutely delighted to announce that acclaimed stage and screen actor Adjoa Andoh has become Patron of Frinton Summer Theatre.
As we prepare for our biggest and most ambitious season yet, Adjoa’s appointment marks an exciting new chapter for the theatre.
Best known for her work with the Royal Shakespeare Company, the National Theatre, Bridgerton and Doctor Who, Adjoa joins us at a moment of growth, creativity and renewed ambition.
This summer we’ll stage eight productions across nine weeks — including our first ever Shakespeare production, Macbeth — alongside exciting initiatives to widen participation and bring more young people into live theatre.
We’re honoured to have Adjoa’s support as we continue bringing West End-standard theatre to the Essex coast. ✨
