Hello everyone! I thought I should introduce (or should I say REintroduce) myself, so here we go
•
My name is 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬, and I’m a licensed Cosmetologist and a recent graduate from
@lmakeupinstitute . So, how did this all start? Well, I originally wanted to work in Forensics, taking classes and almost going into an ROP criminology program. I say almost, because I moved here to Las Vegas from California right in the middle of high school. Forensics was a gateway to hair for me as well as Theatrics. I grew up running a home haunt with my family during Halloween time, so I was always curious on how actual productions worked, but that scientific field and the move were what really made me take a leap into actually getting my certification

I got my cosmetology license in August 2022, and from there I decided to specialize in color and became a travel stylist. I then ended up in a salon and rented a chair for a few months. I’ve since upgraded, as of last year, to working in my own suite at
@beautyavenuesalonlv 💓 I had my eye out on doing makeup professionally (specifically in SFX) before getting my license, but only after I was able to get established in a salon did I actually stick my foot into the door of creatives. I ended up getting Student of the Class in airbrush, and found new passion for costume designing and body painting! I found a love for makeup and connecting with people, and I can’t wait to see how this will blossom now that I am officially graduated!

I’m open again to taking hair clients, but I can also now confidently take airbrush/body painting, SFX, and makeup clients as well and my dms are now open again 🫶

(And no, my name isn’t actually Fries! I do, however, associate the silly name with all things social media 😋 my makeup is also inspired by the song The Line)
