Meet Christian Grijalva aka Firekatg 🎨🔥 Role: Art Curator | Muralist | Culture Bearer With South American Ecuadorian roots and deep influence from the true elements of Hip-Hop — graffiti, street art, DJing, emceeing, and breaking — Firekatg brings the visual heartbeat to Breakin Portland. As our art curator, FireKat is shaping the gallery and stage environment — surrounding the performance with murals, street-inspired visuals, and work from local artists that frame breaking in its full cultural context. When asked what hip hop means to him, he said: “Art & Hip-Hop is life.” Not decoration. Not trend. Life.
