Förra veckan blev det ett besök på den relativt nyöppnade restaurangen Freyja! Det är värt att gå dit enbart för den fina utsikten (swipe till bild 3)🌇 Maten var dock också jättegod! Vi delade på hängmörad ryggbiff med hasselbackspotatis, färsk vitlök, sidfläsk och majonnäs på eldat enris. Det blir aldrig fel med kött och potatis.🤤

1* @rodahusetsthlm light was on point, so had to take a picture! delicious nettle & prosciutto cotto paired with some very minimalist cocktails
2* @freyjasoder it’s asparagus season, baby! (and always egg season for me - I became a huge fan in the last few months, it’s my favourite dinner now!)
3* @rodahusetsthlm most delicious herbs & elderflower mocktail topped with Swedish soda (they said it was something special here) instead of sparkling wine (😢)

5* @fotografiska.food bistrot - new potatoes with asparagus (of course!) 🥔 a must if you are a potato lover 😜 the view is unmatchable too!
