After driving the Dongfeng 007 for a while, I can definitely see the appeal of it!
You get the sleek aerodynamic design, minimalist cabin, and smooth EV driving experience that makes the car feel futuristic without trying too hard.
Iâll admit the front felt slightly tight for my personal preference, but thanks to the carâs long body design, the rear cabin actually offers a surprising amount of leg room. Rear passengers definitely benefit from the overall length of the car, and it makes the back seats feel properly usable and comfortable even on longer drives.
One thing I really liked was the fastback rear-end design. It gives the car a sportier and more premium look, but itâs also surprisingly practical. The boot opening is massive, making it much easier to load larger items compared to a traditional sedan boot opening.
Overall, it feels like a very balanced EV â stylish, comfortable, practical, and easy to drive around the city. The EV market is getting seriously competitive now đ

I remember seeing the Leapmotor C10 for the first time back in December 2025 â and I was genuinely intrigued. At that point, it felt like one of those EVs youâd keep an eye on, wondering if it would actually deliver.
Fast forward to now, finally got some proper seat time with it⌠and honestly, it makes a solid impression.
The design is clean and modern without trying too hard, and stepping inside, youâre greeted with a super minimal cabin and a massive central display that controls almost everything. Very EV-forward, but still intuitive enough for daily use.
What surprised me most was the ride quality. Itâs smooth, quiet, and really well-tuned for Singapore roads. Power delivery is effortless â not overly aggressive, just easy and refined.
Space is another big win here. Flat floor, roomy cabin, and practical enough to handle daily life without feeling compromised.
Of course, itâs not perfect â the software still has room to grow, and as a newer brand, thereâs always that question mark. But as an overall package? Itâs seriously compelling.
