The 2026 @hhsaasports  Surfing State Championships at Ho’okipa Beach Park marked a historic milestone for Hawaii’s high school athletes. Bringing together the top talent from the @oia_sportshawaii , ilh_sports, @biif_surf , @mililanihssurfteam , and kif, the event showcased the incredible progression of youth surfing across the islands. From powerful shortboard maneuvers to the classic style of longboarding and the high-intensity action of bodyboarding, the tournament highlighted the depth of talent within the state’s interscholastic programs. A special mahalo to Kim Ball @hitechsurf  for his vision and tireless work in making this event a reality.
