“Anxiety”
Anxiety is a dark place with something hard and painful hanging above me, which I may be too afraid to look up and face head on. It radiates. Whatever the thing is; Darkness oozes out of it and colors my world dark red.

It does fade. We have to remember that we are not our emotions. I try to remember that. It’s normal to feel anxious sometimes. If you feel like this most of the time, please know that there is help available.
