well natia and me really don't like to prepare sausages so it's kinda a special. smoked sausages 4 lari each

for now due to my inconsistency i don't have many orders so i'm ready to take individual ones so it wouldn't be boring
today i cooked sausages for hot dogs and i made some burger patties for @lutralutra.bar this summer
and it was cool! so if u want some meaty protein stuff (sausages patty nuggets meatballs and whatever comes into ur head) pls write to dm

i wanted to write something like pay less for a better product (almost threw up but the market is the market)
so
i've improved the recipe and now smoked seitan looks like in the picture(s) как с картинки and its appearance and texture and taste will continue to change
cooking has been my job for a few years now and the hardest thing is to keep the balance between making affordable vegan stuff and (labor theory of value) valuing your own work fairly because i'm always overthinking about it
that's why I strive to set up processes to work less but make more product and also make the product better
for example!! my spouse and i have bought a good blender and now i don't need ro kneed seitan by hand, which means i can make a bigger batch at a time and use the saved energy for other work (recipe, packaging, photos, social media, specials, collabs)
so here’s what i’ve got now

I've been figuring out how to cook vegan sausages for a month and now they're ready
so you have two options
20 gel each/~450 g
smoked one with paprika
and a post-soviet (sorry) classic the boiled sausage
the seitan is ready to eat so you can put it on bread or add to a salad
but feel free to do your own experiments
