If a goal doesn’t scare you then is it worth it?
That’s why we created this workout.
To inspire you to move with us.
To push past your perceived limits.
To be around people doing the same.
Because if you see it enough you might believe you can do it too.
We understand not everyone is training for a 100 mile race and might not even be training for anything at all but we’re all working towards being better so we might as well do this together.
Join us this Saturday 4/4 Kezar Stadium
and commit to a challenge.
We’ll have a sign in/commitment sheet where will write down your goal for the day whether it’s one mile, one hour, one marathon, or whatever you decide is past your limits.
Fitness and movement should be accessible to all.
So here’s your chance. We’ll be out there all day logging as many miles as we can. We encourage you to do the same. Energy is contagious. Your environment matters.
So let’s push each other to the finish line.
Limited fuel will be provided by
@spring_energy to be used during your run. However, come prepared for your own challenge. Hydration, Food, Sunscreen, Music Playlist, Sunglasses, Hats, Towels, Chaffing Gel, Extra Socks, just naming a few…. as you prepare to go the distance.
