@chgrestaurants , the team behind Cooks & Soldiers, The Iberian Pig, Sugo, and Double Zero, this new concept expands on the world of Mujō and introduces a completely different direction with a Japanese supper club experience that feels elevated, warm, and full of energy.
At the helm is chef
@jtrentharris , who brings together traditional Japanese washoku (traditional Japanese cuisine) and yōshoku (Western influenced Japanese cooking) in a way that feels both intentional and exciting. The menu includes a curated selection of appetizers, a sashimi platter, and a caviar service, while the entrées lean into Robatayaki with beautifully grilled seafood and meats cooked over binchōtan charcoal.
Add in a serious sake program, well crafted cocktails, and a space that feels modern, intimate, and designed for lingering, and you have one of the most anticipated openings Atlanta has seen in quite some time.
