Created by @chgrestaurants , the team behind Cooks & Soldiers, The Iberian Pig, Sugo, and Double Zero, this new concept expands on the world of Mujō and introduces a completely different direction with a Japanese supper club experience that feels elevated, warm, and full of energy. At the helm is chef @jtrentharris , who brings together traditional Japanese washoku (traditional Japanese cuisine) and yōshoku (Western influenced Japanese cooking) in a way that feels both intentional and exciting. The menu includes a curated selection of appetizers, a sashimi platter, and a caviar service, while the entrées lean into Robatayaki with beautifully grilled seafood and meats cooked over binchōtan charcoal. Koshu Club is an elegant á la carte restaurant inspired by the refined spirit of classic Shōwa-era Japanese supper clubs. Our menu bridges traditional washoku, yōshoku classics, and contemporary Japanese cuisine. AJC dropped their first top 50 restaurants in over a decade and debuted Mujō at #1. Congratulations to the entire Mujō team. Jordan, Katy, Tomo, Keith, Mike, Kiki, Travis, David, Daniel, Alex, Alex, Jared and all those past and present that made this restaurant a reality.
