Last week we said goodbye to the sweetest, goofiest, and loving boy anyone could ask for. We were so lucky to get to love Frankie.
We’ll miss you forever and chase the rabbits out of the yard for you.
Frankie Forever
Bought some dirt and built a brick house - stoked to plant roots and have our home. Natalie said everyone’s invited to our Wrestlemania watch party.

Phase 2 for MNDST athletic company is live now. I am so stoked on how this all came out. It’s been a very rewarding process to blend my passion for design, clothing, and training. I spent time finding better quality shirts and expanding what the brand looks represents and feels.
I truly believe maintaining some level of fitness, which looks different for everyone, is crucial to so many aspects of life. You don’t need to be in the 5am crew just to make a difference for yourself and those around you. So if we have ever had a conversation about training, no matter how ridiculous, I appreciate you.

This last little bit before turning 37 has really made me stop to reflect. I got to spend time with old friends and new, experience and celebrate all kinds of music I love, and realize just how far life has come.
I am just grateful. The invisible string brought me to the most perfect person to love. I have an amazing circle of friends I may not always see but always know where the, generally ridiculous, conversation will start. My career brought me to Nashville and truly reignited the love for what I am lucky to do and who I get to do that with. I have a mini horse parading as a dog. Lift heavier than ever. Moving into a house soon. I think my hairline, and Liverpool currently, are the only things failing me but thankful for a normal shaped buzzed head.
I am healthy, happy, and just grateful for everyone and everything in my life today.
It took us a while to find one another but we’ve sure made these last few years count. Already celebrating our first anniversary together seems surreal - I couldn’t be luckier than getting to be your husband. From seeing you walk into Juke Bar, and then down the aisle, everything has been unforgettable with you. I love you, Natalie.
