A year ago, our dream of Fuegos found a home! Today we celebrate one year of creating a space where everyone can feel at home — a place to disconnect in order to truly connect. Our food has always been the excuse to gather, to sing, to talk, to listen to music, and to remind ourselves to be present and enjoy each day. Thank you for all the love and support this year — and stay tuned, because big news is coming soon! with love Max & Fede

For @raymundoarchila , food has always been memory, identity, and home—shared through experiences growing up with his mom and Salvadoran culture. Chef Talks, the new @cinemundollc podcast series, highlights chefs across the diaspora who are shaping culture through food—building spaces, preserving tradition, and reimagining identity through what they create in the kitchen. We’re starting with @freaklance and the @fuegosla team—filmmakers, set designers, and culinary creatives whose work extends into major productions, including set design for @badbunnyybenito Super Bowl production. @cinemundollc lives at the intersection of food, culture, and storytelling—showing how tradition is preserved, reimagined, and evolved. #foodie #culture #filmakers

I HAD to pull up WITH the fam to see the fam celebrating World Malbec Day & down the BEST empanadas in LA @fuegosla . The mango ice cream by @pampasheladosargentinos was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! 1000 out of 10! Fun fact for 50 years Haitians became honorary Brazilians or Argentinians during the @fifa #WorldCup. This year we FINALLY get to root for our own home country but I have a feeling the love for our adopted countries will still be there & for sure we play Brazil & if/when we play Argentina it will be bittersweet. Also PLEASE send me a nonalcoholic Malbec…. my ALL time favourite wine 😫 Haiti x Argentina 🇭🇹🇦🇷 #LA #LosAngeles #Haiti #Argentina

🚂✨ Episode 23 is here! A brand new BE THE TRAIN PODCAST is now live on YouTube! This week we’re joined by @freaklance — a globally recognized creative director whose work spans fashion, film, and large-scale productions. Federico Laboureau was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. His Latin background and upbringing was highly influenced by his family’s colorful European— French and Italian— heritage. From an early age, he was immersed in the arts, and by 21 had professional experience working for El Teatro Colon— a world class and internationally ranked Opera house. Here, he immersed himself in costume and production design, staging several shows for the Opera. His attention to detail and creative vision led to styling successful shows, high-fashion brands, and publications in magazines. Eventually, Federico’s work led to Creative Director credits. His career has enabled him to travel the globe, collecting experiences to infuse into the creation of his artistic worlds. His portfolio of clients include:La Casita For Super Bowl Bad Bunny half time Disney, Amazon, Fox, Spotify, Project Runway Latin America, Mercedes Benz and Coca Cola, amongst others. In this episode, we dive into the realities of the freelance journey, the power of teamwork, and why trusting your gut is everything. We talk about believing in your dreams, redefining the “American Dream,” and learning to stop rushing the process. Federico shares how to build a career on your own terms — and ultimately, how to become your own dream. If you’re navigating the ups and downs of a creative path and learning to trust yourself along the way — this one’s for you. Watch now on YouTube. And as always… Be The Train. 🚂✨

Fuego’s in South Central isn’t trying to be trendy—it’s just doing things right. Croquetas de acelgas, crisp outside, soft and rich inside. Meat flown in straight from Argentina. legit, certified, and almost impossible to find in California. Max and Fede run the place like it matters. Because it does. And fun faxt, Fede’s the one who designed the casita in Bad Bunny’s halftime show. Incredible talent. Not hype. Just real food, done properly. #foodreview #losangelesfood #laeats #lafoodie #losangeleseats your thoughts on argentine food?

World Cup Countdown. Day 15: Eating choripan with the @fuegosla family. Made some new friends eating 🌭 and talking about Messi. Pretty ideal way to get to know the team behind one of my favorite local restaurants. Fuegos is five minutes down the street from me and has incredible vibes and food. The most delicious day by far. So far. 85 days to go ⚽️
