Our beloved granny aka the best woman on earth, left her body this week.
She was not only our home, but also the safest space and sunniest soul in our lives.
And the one thing I want to share about her life (and maybe her secret to longevity) was this: AWARENESS and MINIMALISM.
Granny did one thing at a time. When she ate, she ate. When you visited her, she sat down with you and truly listened. Our granny honoured the food she ate, respected the pauses and rhythms of her body, and lived with the seasons instead of against them.
In our society, it has become so rare to receive the full attention of another person: without phones, without distractions, without multitasking.
Life can be so simple. And so real.
Thank you for everything. ❤️
