The build has progressed through double-skin brick walls, brick piers, bearers, joists, noggins, plumbing, insulation, compressed sheets, and finally chipboard â now all set for the frame to start going up next!

Given the unique shape of the home, we made the call to install the pool first, and build the house around it. While it could have been done post-build, a well-planned site layout and construction sequence allowed for a smooth, stress-free install.
