“The House of Summer” has arrived at FLANNELS X, taking over the basement space with a fully reimagined, multi-sensory resort experience inspired by the idyllic spirit of Tulum, Mexico.
At the heart of the pop-up is Desierto - the Mexican accessories label, available exclusively in the UK at @flannels X - alongside a curated edit of global brands including Cult Gaia, Anna October, Clea and Isabel Beachwear.
To celebrate the launch, FLANNELS X hosted an exclusive event inside the space, bringing The House of Summer to life for the evening.

More than just a running event, Chase the Pace 2026 is a community-driven experience that brings together runners of all levels to connect, learn and grow. Through social runs, recovery-focused sessions and product experiences, the initiative encourages a more holistic approach to running, one that goes beyond performance to support overall well-being and long-term progress.
The series kicked off on the 25th April, where runners were able to test the adidas Adizero EVO SL, designed for speed and performance training.
