#shoulders and #back #workout. For the side laterals, I placed a cuff by my elbow rather than using my grip. Also, after every set, I did a set of bent over rows, and a set of barbell shrugs. Because. Overall volume was a bit higher - more than 3 sets, reps were 10+, #training #lookgoodnaked
