Cliffbase in Croatia has been doing a fair amount of rebolting with Titanium and most are that or stainless glueins. Still a few out there waiting to be replaced and I found these while looking around. Great place though!
This was a kind of wild gym where you had to go through the building where a live concert is happening and then down the stairs to the gym. Cool place!
This is the final video that goes along with the four part series of developing videos. Sometimes Climbing on them can be anti-climactic comparatively to how much time you actually put developing them. But they were actually pretty awesome and I’m very happy with how they came out. I finally got the first ascent of 20 Lashes on the final day, but I injured my shoulder and going to need some recovery time. Sometimes you gotta pay for it I guess!
This was my first time using @namahropes and I got to say they actually handled pretty well. I was on those static lines a lot, and they really held up.
So here is the part two video of bolting glue ins, hopefully some people found it interesting. It’s definitely a lot of work. But worth it to install some really amazing titanium bolts that’s going to last forever.
Ok so this probably is not that exciting to most people. But I wanted to give an insight into what it is like drilling holes for the bolts we install, and also some tips on the glueins. So here’s part one of a two part series!

I ran out of glue and it won’t arrive until after I’ve left. Remembering I had a removable bolt and had drilled 12mm holes I figured it would work in at least one of them. Turns out the hole was a bit weird and it didn’t go in all the way. Tricky moves past this got me warmed up for the crux. Hopefully we will get it all glued up soon!

Some things definitely don’t feel like real places. Being underwater with these hammerheads you realize it’s their world and we’ve been allowed to visit. Some crystal clear waters and amazing guides gave us one of the best dives I’ve ever been on. I’ve been posting a lot of reels lately but I can’t neglect the photos!

This is an actual chameleon in the wild. It was really amazing to go out in the night to try and find chameleons. What we didn’t expect is that they would be just off the road. And that we can walk up and down the road and find about five different species of chameleon hanging on all of the different branches. This one was hanging just at the end acting like an extra part of the leaf to try and catch its prey. Looks like maybe I just woke it up.

We are in @maasaimaranationalreserve and our driver took us to a less busy section of park today and we got lucky! A cheetah had just started it’s hunt when we arrived and we got to see it kill it’s prey. It is wild to watch how quickly it happened and how successfully the cheetah separated the antelope from the herd. We were able to get to a good angle and thanks to my 500mm lens I was able to get these photos. I had really been wanting to see a cheetah and even more so to see a hunt. What a day!
