My new single ‘Heartbreak’ is out now. I wrote this one when I was going through a bit of a rough patch with writing and feels like some kinda letter to music ✉️. It’s basically about the feeling of vulnerability you have when you love someone/something.
Really enjoyed playing this one out over the last few weeks/months and have had some really beautiful feedback from people so I hope you like it. It’s obvs on all streaming platforms or there is a link in my bio to it.

‘You Got Me’ comes out on Tuesday. Wrote this one after my daughter ‘Nieve’ was in hospital. It wasn’t anything serious but there was a real vulnerability to her being away from all those home comforts. Sometimes a little challenge in life brings me out of my head and into my heart, in these moments what really matters in life can be laid infront of you.

Album✔️, Marathon ✔️ Feeling thankful today for loved ones and fresh starts. Gave up drinking toward the end of last year, mostly because life got hectic and mornings became tough. Lots of changes at once…but…discovered routine, stability, and wellness. Looking forward to what's ahead, no idea what it holds x New music on its way, I promise! Hello hello! 👋 I’ve gone an signed up to run a marathon!! Been running on an off for years, mostly for head space! I’ve done couple of halves in the past but nothing near this kinda distance! I’m equal parts excited and terrified but embracing it whole heartedly ♥️. I’m running for @thelilyfoundation to raise awareness to mitochondrial disease, something very close to my heart as my son Toby was diagnosed with it shortly after birth x got a @justgiving page up which you can see through my bio! Any support would mean the world and give me the kick the as I need to get out training
