One of the most common questions I get asked is what inspires my photography—I think primarily I’m always chasing light and how that makes me feel. Light seems to be ever changing. We had sun and we had rain this day and it ended up being perfect. In the quiet moments & the very loud ones, that can show up so differently and I think that’s so beautiful. I love challenging my perspective constantly because there are no rules.

This weekend I’m heading back to Toronto to celebrate M&K. These two have an unstoppable force of laughs & love together. They truly know how to make every moment and every person in their lives feel so special. Sharing photos of my favourite foggy morning (the first time l’ve woken up so early for a sunrise shoot)!! I think witnessing a love like this is the greatest part of my job. To be able to see two souls that are magic for one another unite is another indescribable feeling. Every discovery call, I get the privilege to know my couples from their origin stories and I believe in soulmates more and more everyday 🥹
Maya & Matt had a very intimate ceremony in April with their immediate family. It wasn’t about anything grand, it was all about love and energy. To see these two together, you could never imagine them being apart. Truly a great love story!!
In my opinion, intimate weddings can foster some of the most beautiful portraits because you can really take your time to be creative, intentional, and expressive with the couple!
This morning at city hall in Toronto with H&M will always be one of my favourites 🫰🏻
There’s just something about details that I love capturing. I think weddings can pass by so quickly and it’s easy to miss the small things, so it’s nice to have remnants of all the details you’ve worked so hard to plan months for, and to appreciate them coming together. This was such a pretty day. I could never stop obsessing over it 😆
