// CLOSING // . After five and half years of trading, Frama is closing on 8th June 2024. . For me, Frama is a fitting end to a 16 year career in hospitality. When I joined the industry, I never intended to stay and eventually my love of coffee is what made be here so long. Frama has achieved everything that I set out to at the very beginning, and more. And I see it fit that I bring it to a close on a high, in pursuit of other dreams. . Thank you to all the strange and wonderful folk I have met along the way, in particular my regular customers who I see on a daily, weekly, monthly basis, who value the coffee and space that I have created and help create the eccentric community that has grown around it. . Also, to the many generous and dedicated people I have met in this industry and the many that I haven’t (the growers, the buyers, the list is endless). Thank you for the opportunity to be small piece in the specialty coffee community. I hope that I have done your work justice. . // HIRING // Frama is on the look out for a outstanding barista who is capable of running Frama for a minimum of two days a week. These days will be a Monday and Tuesday plus the Independent Market Sundays (first Sunday of the month). Additionally the flexibility to cover illness and holiday. Pay is in line with the current National Living Wage at £9.50 and will increase accordingly. The applicant must have proven experience in hospitality and / or as a barista.
