Join us for the opening of Chlorine Dreams, a solo exhibition of new works on paper by Niamh Moran.
Drawing from twenty years as a lifeguard, swimming teacher, and coach, Moran explores the quiet beauty of empty swimming pools. Her ink and coloured pencil works capture older public baths, spaces rich in nostalgia, character, and architectural detail.
The smell of chlorine, the texture of water, the hollow echo of silence, Moran invites you to step into these solitary spaces and find a place of your own contemplation.

A close up of “Winter Shiver” from my upcoming show “Dúchas” - colours shifting, layers buried and uncovered, a mood caught somewhere between stillness and movement ✨
Dúchas opens Friday Sep 12th @frama.gallery Naas, Co.Kildare
Petria Lenehan is a painter based in Tinahely, Co. Wicklow. With a background in both English literature and fashion design, she brings a unique sensibility to her practice, one that marries visual poetry with a deep attentiveness to material and form. After living in New York for several years, she returned to Ireland, where the Irish landscape now shapes and anchors her work.
Her paintings are a meditation on place and belonging. Working primarily in acrylic on linen, she creates luminous, abstracted landscapes that hold both presence and memory. Colour is central to her process, fluid, layered, and shifting, carrying emotional weight and echoing the natural rhythms of the world around her.
In Dúchas, Petria presents 23 new works that invite us into quiet, contemplative spaces where the familiar becomes mysterious and the mysterious feels like home.
Come celebrate the opening with us, meet the artist, and experience this evocative body of work in person.

Petria Lenehan presents 23 new paintings in acrylic on linen. Dúchas features quiet, meditative works that move between abstraction and atmosphere. Rooted in the Irish landscape, these paintings are less about what is seen, and more about what is felt: colour as breath, gesture as memory, space as sensation.
