🤎🫶🏼November🍃🦃
Bird.🤎 Time with my fave people.🥰 Sickness (alllll of sickness😩).👎🏻 Kitchen time with Lake (a fave). Kips Bay Show house.✨ Mom’s trip to Palm Springs. Spoiled by my boys (and Noni😘).🧡 Field trip with Hudson. Near completion wrap of a special home we’ve been working on for about 2 years.🤤 Time with family. Taught the boys Blackjack (they’re naturals 🙈).♠️ Limited time on the socials (highly recommend).🙌🏼
I’m beyond thankful for all of the special people in my life. Family, friends, community group, co-designers and clients and subs and builders who are all like family. I am truly blessed beyond measure.
Feeling extra grateful for all the sweet moments this November brought (big, small, and everything in between) and looking forward to the sparkliest, most beautiful season of the year.🎄✨❤️
✨Gah, August, you were sweet.

Bold now. Timeless forever. 🖤 #FearlessDesign
Going bold in your interiors isn’t about chasing trends — it’s about creating a space that commands attention while standing the test of time. Thoughtful use of striking finishes, statement pieces, and confident color palettes transforms a room into a story that never fades. When done right, bold design becomes a timeless investment, elevating your space with personality, depth, and lasting style. Designed by @fpstudio.design ✨

A tub you could stay in forever. 🛁
Did you know you can choose to insulate acrylic and fiberglass tubs? Here are a few reasons why we recommend doing so:
👉🏻 Keeps water warm longer.
👉🏻 Reduces the hollow, noisy sound of running water.
👉🏻 Adds energy efficiency and comfort, especially in colder climates.
Cheers to longer baths in your future.✨

Let’s talk about open concept vs a little separation… ✨ A little separation between rooms creates charm, character, and a sense of mystery. There’s something special about catching a glimpse into the next space without seeing it all at once. Somehow this can make a home a little more inviting. Open concept has its place too when done right!
What do you think? Are you team all open concept or do you prefer a little separation?

📣 Interrupting our regular mix to share about some personal project fun.✨
We are in full swing renovation mode of our 1970’s master bath over here.👏🏻 Not only is it time 😮💨 but the mold infestation and corner (jetted) garden tub are way past their prime.✌🏼
It’s been a journey to curate a scheme that is timeless✨ (because I tend to get tired of things quickly), Nathan approves of (we’ll just blame it on the architect in him 🙈), and that is somewhat cost effective because let’s be honest, construction is expensive.
After much time dreaming, I found the most beautiful one of a kind vintage rug from @curio_rugs that helped inspire and set the tone and palette. Here’s a little glimpse at where we’re headed. Currently trying to talk the hubs into this hammered and tumbled limestone floor though he’s not quite convinced yet.🫠
Be sure to follow along in our stories for progress. Demo started this past Monday, so it’s happening real time y’all. 👏🏻
Designing your home to blend seamlessly with the outdoors is the dream—open spaces, fresh air, and nature at your doorstep. Until summer rolls in, the mosquitoes RSVP, and the outdoor extension becomes a war zone. Suddenly, those cozy indoor spaces are looking real nice again.
Until then, let’s enjoy the patio life while we can! ☀️✨ 🍹
This Mimosa project has all of that and more!

If you could pick only one of these four bathrooms, which would you choose?
1. The mixtures of tile on the wall makes this bathroom stand out. We also love the faucet mounted on the wall versus the sink. Makes it feel more fancy and who doesn’t want that?
2. When seeing double is a good thing! The two pendants layered over the mirror are a 10/10!
3. Each unique detail really pull this bathroom together. From the simple knobs to the white on white wall sconces. Simple but pack a punch when mixed together!
4. Let the floor tile be the star in this one! We love how it flows right into the shower making the room appear larger.

Happy Monday!
As you may have noticed over the last few months, there are a couple of new faces at F+P Studio and so we wanted to formally introduce the whole team!
1️⃣ April Schneider (and Nathan) founder of F+P Studio
2️⃣ Amanda St. Clare
3️⃣ Chloe Berry
4️⃣ Lauren Tarpley
As you’ll see, we are a dynamic team and we bring many gifts and talents that help make F+P Studio what it is!
While we may be different than each other, we come together with a shared love for design and all feel so blessed to be a part of this team!
If the sun could come back out, we promise we won’t take it for granted ever again!
For now, we’ll just have to stare at this image and imagine how the warm sun beaming in would feel…especially on a blistering cold day like today!
