Salem has been practicing bikram yoga and weight lifting during the last 2 years. One year ago the pain in his right shoulder forced him to start physiotherapist treatment…”This gave me temporary release but it didnt work”. When he came to fp he was suffering intense pain and that nothing works to release the pain .. physiotheraphy treatments, pain killers, antiinflamatories . He suffers pain constantly and couldnt sleep. He was diagnosed of frozen shoulder. It was only a 3 week treatment because he had to go back to his country. In just 8 sessions he is pain free after punching or throwing and he has recover his full right arm range of motion. We will continue with online sessions… #functionalpatterns #makehumansfunctionalagain #fpisthestandard

Cristian, 37 years old, was born with spastic hemiparesis, which affected his motor control and social integration, impacting on his quality of life. Throughout his life, he tried various approaches such as swimming, shiatsu massages and going to the gym in an attempt to improve his motor control and his mechanics and boost his confidence, however, after years of repeating these actions, he found himself stuck in posterior pelvic tilt, kyphothic, lacking stability and coordination, as well as observing an increase in his body fat level. Due to the lack of results he was seeing, he decided to try something new and started Functional Patterns. After almost two years of training utilizing this methodology, his gait has improved significantly and is presenting better coordination, muscle engagement, body composition, and enhanced abilities in respect of throwing, running, and standing.#functionalpatterns #fpisthestandard #fpinnovations #makehumansfunctionalagain

#functionalpatterns #painfreejoints #fpisthestandrard #salud

Judith postural improvements Before (May 2025) • Anterior pelvic tilt • Slight knee hyperextension • Poor core recruitment • Scapular winging • Lumbar pain 4/10 • Constant neck pain 8/10 with flare-ups reaching 10/10 • Numbness in the whole left arm • Tinnitus • 2 bulging discs at C5–C6 and C6–C7 • 1 bulging disc at L5–S1 • Difficulty sleeping because of the pain After (March 2026) • Improved pelvic positioning • Improved core engagement • Improved scapular positioning • 0/10 neck pain • 0/10 lumbar pain • No numbness in the arm • 7 kg weight loss • No tinnitus • No more pain while sleeping Judith has always been an active person, participating in different physical activities. In the last 5 years, she practiced Bikram yoga, Pilates machine training, and swimming, all under medical recommendation to try to improve her back problems, but the pain kept increasing and did not go away. She also started visiting the physiotherapist regularly, sometimes even twice per week, but the pain always came back. That’s when she decided to start training Functional Patterns. Now, after 10 months of training FP, she is completely pain-free and all her symptoms have disappeared. She has also lost 7 kg, improving her body composition. 🇪🇸 Spanish text in the comments

@fp_spain clients Angela and Jesus both came with chronic pain. They’ve now been pain-free for the past couple of years, and here you can see them testing more dynamic Functional Patterns movements using the @rg_bar_ @rg.bell @regentrainer If you want to obtain results like these, send us a DM to start your training.
